Each item below (except Figure 8) is correct in the arXiv preprint.

Footnote 24: For n = 10, 11 there are 134 local collapses and for n = 2,...,11 there are 5, 12, 28, 61, 131, 262, 459, 614, 657, 666 local orderings.

Table 9: remove 46 from ⎹X⎹ = 5 and add 27 to ⎹X⎹ = 6.

Figure 8: edge from “EO,D” to “ED,EO,P,D” is missing and “, EO” should be removed from “optionally” node with a new node labeled “D, and optionally in EO: 25” added between the “D” and “EO, D” nodes.

Intro to Section 5, Table 15, and Proposition 15: the sum space on three copies of any topological space is completely full (and hence also full).

Theorem 9: remove {61} from ED (irresolvable ED spaces exist).
